Residences

Belmont Village residents can choose from a variety of studio, one-, and two- bedroom residence plans. While most residents provide their own furniture, Belmont Village can provide assistance with obtaining furniture if required.

All Assisted Living residences have kitchenettes including a refrigerator, microwave oven, cabinets, and sink. Independent Living residences have conventional stoves with ovens and a stacking washer and dryer unit. Dementia residences do not have microwaves.

Assisted living residences include a private bathroom with an easy-access shower and ample closet and storage spaces. Some Independent Living residences also have bathtubs. All bathrooms have a 24-hour nightlight and grab bars.

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning are controlled individually in each residence. Blinds are provided for windows. Basic cable TV is provided in each residence.

Residences feature lever handles for easy use on doors and faucets. Electrical outlets are raised and switches are lowered for easy access. Two emergency assistance call switches are provided in each residence. All residences are barrier-free.

Weekly housekeeping is included in monthly rent. Laundromats are located throughout the building and are provided free of charge for residents.
